How do I book a slot?

Just drop us an email with the package you're interested in and your preferred date. We'll confirm availability and send a simple brief for you to complete. Payment is taken upfront before the send date.

Do I need to write the copy myself?

No — we write everything for you in HANA's editorial voice. For Spotlight and Lead Feature placements, we'll ask for a brief description of what you want to promote and any key messages. You'll get to review and approve before we send.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least two weeks ahead to secure your preferred date and give time for copy drafting. Peak periods (December, summer events season) tend to fill up — the earlier, the better.

Can I target a specific section of the newsletter?

For Spotlight placements, yes — we can place your feature in the food, events, property, or news section depending on what you're promoting. Lead Features always appear at the top of the edition.

What results can I expect?

We don't guarantee specific numbers, but with a 40% open rate and 10% click-through, a typical Spotlight will be seen by around 200 people and generate 50 clicks. We'll share link-click data after each send.
